- Orders are shipped via USPS First Class International and will generally arrive in 7-14 working days. Some packages can be held by customs for duties and taxes.
Order On-Line We accept all major credit cards. Use our on-line shopping cart to safely order your items. All California residents will be charged sales tax of 8.25%. All orders are confirmed via email and a tracking number will be provided. Online orders are shipped next business day (no shipping on Saturdays & Sundays) Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. We cannot confirm the price of an item until it’s ordered; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items may be mistakenly priced (in that case) we have the rights to cancel and refuse the order. In this case we will contact you. Return Policy When you purchase anything from Sheldon’s Hobbies, we guarantee your quality merchandise. Defected or unused items (unused with original packaging) may be exchanged for a store credit or replacement. All items carry a 30 day warranty unless otherwise noted. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are Non-Refundable. No returns or exchange after 30 days of receipt. Returns must be postmarked before the 30 days of purchase. Should a replacement for a returned item not be available, a credit will be issued or the product will be substituted with one of same-or-better specifications. Customer must pack items being returned complete with original manuals, cables, accessories, etc. in new and working condition. Regardless of condition, products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. Failure to do so may invalidate the warranty. Sheldon's Hobbies will not be responsible for incidental damages arising from the use of any product(s) it sells. Damaged Products If your product is damages in shipping, you will need to file a damage claim through the Shipper. Insurance is optional but highly recommended. We are not responsible for any uninsured lost/damaged packages. USPS or DHL typically requires that damage claims be filed within FORTY-EIGHT HOURS of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials in order to support your shipping damage claim. Products Lost in Shipping Sheldon’s Hobbies cannot be held responsible for products lost by a shipping company. If your product is lost in shipping, you will need to file a loss claim with the Shipper, not with Sheldon's Hobbies. |
